Meaghan and I went up to the Pacific Northwest to check it out and meet up with her friend Sarah who got married to Dave on Friday.
We were in Seattle a couple of nights, went up to Vancouver Saturday afternoon and spent the night in Bellingham. Rather odd, but unbeknownst to us, Fort Lewis (Meaghan's college) was playing Western Washington in football there.
The highlights for me were going camping near Crescent Lake and driving through the mountains west of Seattle. The ferry back also provided a real good view of Seattle and the Puget Sound.
